What Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as photos you select or capture to generate a roast and messages you submit through the in‑app support form. We also collect certain information automatically to maintain and improve our service, including analytics events (like screen views, feature usage, purchase funnel interactions, and error types), and crash reports. No account, name, or email is required.
We use your information to provide features (like generating roast text, saving drafts locally, and, if you choose, publishing to a public feed), maintain security and integrity, process purchases, and improve performance and reliability. Roasts drafts are stored on your device. If you publish a roast, its image and related details are stored in our cloud databases.
Published content remains until you request deletion. Support messages are retained until reported issue is resolved. Analytics and diagnostics are retained for service improvement. You can delete drafts at any time and request the removal of published content by contacting us.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted with a new Effective Date.
